Today's meeting with Sister Masuma:

We dont have to keep ladies and gents together, it will be mixed. But we need to keep separate entrance, for ladies and gents.

Beverages Area should be separate as well...

Volunteers will be there to guide them from where to enter and where to exit.

She needs 1 wall for A3 College.

Did we give her a letter? Can you paste a copy of the letter here?

Does the letter inform them about our policy of accepting work? That anyone who wants their work displayed will need to apply?

I can print the letters on the letterhead (is the letter drafted?), but only later in the evening/night.
