I have had some reports that some of you are not receiving emails from Ask.

Emails are usually sent automatically by the system when a post that you are watching is replied to or when an admin sends an email out.

I have received info from users with hotmail accounts that they sometimes don't get the email.

I have recently sent out two emails. These can be viewed by clicking below:

Please post here if you have received these mails or if you have not.

It would be a great help if you could also post what email service you use (hotmail, yahoo, google, pop, outlook, thunderbird, webmail etc)

I use thunderbird and download pop-mail. I received these emails.

Although on my webmail, I could not see the emails inline. They were attachments which I had to download to view

alhamdulilah, looks like all users are now receiving the emails from Ask, including hotmail users

Could he/she please post what email service he/she is using?
