Inter-gender friendship

These days many people have friends of the opposite sex. Such friendships are usually looked down upon by Islam.
My question, do you have such friends? If so, do you consider it to be ok?

Well it depends on your thinking. Shaitan doesn't force does he :)
there is no problem in having inter friendships as long as distance and jokes are limited.
it shouldn't go such an extent, but rather be with the necessary subject u r talking about. example school, college, business.
