if i keep a beard its starts itching and i get spots. is it wajib upon me to keep it...........?

yes my dad has the same problem and he asked maulana and the maulana said its okay if he does not keep beard.

Ayatollah Seestani says it is Ehtiyate Wajib not to shave. in this case one can refer to other top mujtahid who allow keeping of french etc beards.
