Well...I dont know exactly but I think mostly if your work is done without bribing thn you should do it.....
But if ur work is stuck and cant continue thn i think its allowed

from what i remember from one of the Q and A arranged during ramadhan,one is allowed to bribe in non islamic governments, ecxept of course the judge or jury

Bribing as per islam is only used for getting decisions made in ones favour in the court of law
Giving money for eg to lets say a govt official to get ur work done faster is not considered a bribe whether its allowed or not is a different matter

yup...just confirming what has been said.
bribery in islam is that which is given in court so that a verdict should b passed in your favour..
