The Almighty has said: {The month of Ramadan in which was revealed the Qur’ân, a guidance for mankind and clear proofs for the guidance and the criterion (between right and wrong).} [Surat Al-Baqarah 2:185].
During this month, we should try our best to recite and understand the Quran as much as we can. We further need to act upon what the Quran says and apply it in our daily lives. It is our duties to act upon the promises, warnings and guidance given to us. We need to utilise our time and the best source given to us to perfect ourselves, help us avoid sins and engage in all good actions. It is the separation between right and wrong. We all Muslims must take care of the Book of Allah Almighty by reading it, interpreting it, pondering about its contents, working according to it and applying its rules.
