Question: What is cause of depression in our generation?

We have to visit the councilor or physiologist
As per the ahadees may be one of the below reasons involed
1. Continuously involving in haram activities
2. Losing hopes in Allahs blessings and forgiveness
3. Staying away from prayers and Duas
4. Comparing with others life
5. Unstable family and etc
