If after i have cooked my food in which i have added chicken, and later i find that some of the blood in the chicken may not have been cleaned, or during the process of cooking a bloody vein in the chicken burst, thus showing as a discoloration in the chicken. is my food haram or najis to consume?

The clot of blood inside the egg is pure, but it is Haram [Forbidden for consumption]. Therefore, the egg can be eaten by removing the blood from it, provided it not very minute and been absorbed in it.
If it is mixed with the food in a way that you can’t separate it fro the food then you can consume it.
