As we all know ramadan is a very blessed month, so what if a person is busy for the whole day with work n then house and cooking , then he/she does not get time to do much in this blessed month.

Can you tell us anything that can full fill the essence of the month?

Your work for the sake of Allah is also considered as Ibadath.
Along with that you can remember Allah while working.
And listen to the Quran and Duas.
