The white of my eyes are never white, it's always discoloured, sometimes has a slight yellow colour, or sometimes slightly red, is there a deficiency in me?

Salamun alaykum

Hope this reaches in best of health.

The white part of the eye is called Sclera and it covers around 80% of the eyeball's surface. Ideally the sclera has to be white. There are few possible reasons why the sclera can be a different hue and those include:

Redness which is the most common discoloration is due to a myriad of causes including inury, allergy, fatigue, irritation, eye infection, or high pressure of the eyes.

A liver disease can present itself by the sclera turning yellow because it fails to perform its function of removing waste products from the body.

A brown sclera can be a result of excessive skin pigmentation (melanin) or it can also be an early sign of skin cancer.

Bluish discoloration can be a result of some long term medications including minocylcine but can also be a result of connective tissue disorders including Marfans syndrome.

That said, It is best to get your eyes checked by an opthalmologist at the earliest possible time.

Hope that helps
