Salaam alaykum doc
Need your advice on 2 points :
(1) the actual symptoms of covid 19.
(2)All the needed medications, vitamins etc necessary to fight against it.

1) The symptoms of COVID19 vary quite a bit from individual to individual. Some infected are ASYMPTOMATIC (without symptoms) whilst others can have mild flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough and go on to develop symptoms such as difficulty in breathing and shortness of breath.
2) There are variety of medications used to control and treat the virus itself and the effects it causes to the body. They range from Paracetamol and steroids to very high end drugs such as Tocilizumab and Remdesivir although many of the medications are not backed up by very high end research as COVID19 is a relatively new infection but lots of research has been undertaken since the beginnning of the pandemic. The latest news from Pfizer is that their vaccine is upto 90% effective which is great news from those who love to travel!
