Dr. Shabbir has a Doctor of medicine from Muhimbili university of health and allied sciences . Masters of medicine in orthopedics and trauma from Muhimbili university of health and allied sciences. Fellowship in orthopedic surgery by east, central and Southern Africa in 2019 December.
