Is it of for a girl to recite surah or duas in front of na mahram?

Ruling 980. A woman can recite Sūrat al-Ḥamd and the other surah in ṣubḥ, maghrib, and ʿishāʾ prayers aloud or in a whisper. However, if someone who is not her maḥram can hear her voice and it is an instance of when it is unlawful to make her voice heard by someone who is not her maḥram, then she must recite them in a whisper.

In Persian tawdhihul Masail it has been explained in the footnotes that when it is haram.
مثل اینکه زن قرائت نمازش را با صدای ‌لطیف و ظریف به گونه‌ای ‌که معمولاً برای ‌شنونده مهیج است، بخواند
It is as if a woman recites her prayer aloud in a soft and delicate voice, which is usually exciting for the listener.

And there is no difference in ruling between Recitation of Salah or Qur'an of a woman in front of Na Mahram.
