Face mask during Hajj

Face mask during Hajj

Salaams Sheikh,
If the borders of Saudi open, and Muslims are allowed to go for Hajj inshaAllah, what will be the fiqhi ruling if we are told to be with face masks all the time? as we are not allowed to cover our nose from bad smell, etc. right?

Alaykum Salam
The answer is already there in the question. In the state of Ihram, we (men) are not allowed to cover our face/nose with mask from bad smell. But in covid-19, the reason is the disease not bad smell. Hence it is allowed.
