There is a live goat scheme of giving live goats to poor and deserving people to start off livestock farming where one or two male and three female goats are given. In a year these turn into more...so this becomes a source of income for them.
This is normally done in dhulhijja by people who have performed wajib hajj and so are used to sacrificing goats on eid as a mustahab sacrifice after return. This scheme is instead of sacrificing goats.
️ Is it valid and counted as equal to a sacrifice?
️ Can it be done as soon as the month begins as goats become costly at time of sacrifice?
️ Can it be done later after the prices have gone down again?
