Dr. Sibtain completed his A levels at Al Muntazir Islamic Seminary.
He then pursued and completed his undergraduate training at Muhimbili University of Health and Applied Sciences and qualified as an M.D.
Dr. Sibtain thereafter worked at AgaKhan hospital for one year as an intern and then at Hindu Mandal for a year.
He is currently pursuing Masters degree in Internal Medicine at Muhimbili University of Health and Applied Sciences.
