Salaam Sheikh.

My question is if i am travelling on 29th of ramadhan and I reach foreign country same night. Now if
a)in foreign country the day i reach is 30th of ramadhan and next day is eid but in my home land they have 30th ramadhan next day. In this case when i am back to my home land do i need to pay 30th fast?

He doesn't need to pay qadha in both cases. His duty was to act according to the place where he travels to.
