In Ghusl-e-Mayyit.. once a person has given the ghusl to the dead body, can he/she also do the kaffan rites without first taking Ghusl-e-Masse mayyit?
Is it preferable that another person altogether who hasn't touched the dead body at all do the kaffan rites?

in ghusl-e-mayyat
it is not wajib to take ghusle masiye mayyat before giving the dead kaffan
but it is mustahab
and yes that person can give the dead kaffan

as per to another person who hanst touched the body can also give the kaffan
there is no problem in that

(in other locations it is to be found that they recomend the permission from deads family)
