Sujood is to be performed after reciting certain ayats of the holy quran

Can you detail the method of performing the sujood?

There are three obligations only:
1. Prostration on the seven parts of the body
2. Prostration on the earth or what ever is from the earth which is not
eaten or worn
3. Prostration on permitted (not usurped) place
4. The intention

It is recommended to recite the ZIKR recited in the prostration of the
SALAAT
