So how can you post a video on Ask?

You must link to a video stored on a publicly accessible web server i.e. the video should already be available and viewable online.

You cannot post videos stored on your own PC (unless it is a publicly accessible server) nor videos stored behind authentication mechanisms, e.g. hotmail or yahoo mailboxes, password protected sites, etc.


YOUTUBE

To post a video from Youtube (youtube.com), use the 'youtube' tag. (Just click on the 'youtube' tab when posting/replying, and insert the number that appears at the end of the youtube link to the video)
