Salaams, i have asked Sister Sajida Jivraj to talk to her dad (Mr.Bhimani from cash sales store) to sponsor us.. lets see what she replies tomorrow.. but still we can send them a letter also.

1 - The Logo and the name of the group should be decided by TOMORROW!
2 - Registration Forms ( draft) Should be Ready by TOMORROW.
3 - Sponsor Letters Should be ready by Tomorrow!!

The stands used by makutano is a handmade stand that looks like chalkboard from the schools, but can hang paintings very pefectly. the 200$ stand are amazing and one of the best , from slipway.... lets hope we have 600,000 shillings by sponsors or else we can start simple... I will ask sister mahjab...

Sister Mahjabeen since we are going to make Brochures about artists , in the registration for form we will need a section where the artist will put an introduction or atlease something about them... Please enlighten more on this.... as i dont want artists to walk around the hall for whole day and ex...

because if there are 30 participants, we cant have them all and stand by their work.... jagga nathi ne....

Painters wont explain anything to the exhibitors, but we will print out brochures or anything that displays about them and about their work....

it is better artists should not volunteer or talk to visitors unless they are paying visit. later they leave just like normal visitors....
